Shipping policy

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Shop No.76 Gulf Commercial Building Olaya Computer Market Riyadh.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We deliver all across the country, except certain areas, which are not covered by the courier company. The courier company delivers orders during working hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday to Thursday.

Shipping fees depend on the total quantity of items, weight and shipping speed selected. We will provide you the exact shipping cost upon check out. An additional amount of SAR 17 will be charged per shipment when you select Cash on Delivery as your payment method.

For out of coverage areas, customers will be required to collect their orders from the nearest courier hub within the city.

About Same-Day Delivery

Same- Day delivery is available for products sold and fulfilled by alshuga to selected areas in Riyadh and Jeddah, orders for eligible items need to be placed before 12 PM. A shipping fee of SAR20 will be charged. The courier company can deliver orders up to 10 PM.

To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Shopping Cart:

1. Select Proceed to Checkout.
2. Select or add your shipping address.
3. Select a shipping and select Continue.
4. Select a payment method.
5. The total shipping cost & cash on delivery fees (if applicable) will be listed under the Order Summary displayed on the right-hand side of the page.

We won’t refund delivery costs in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond alshuga control.

alshuga reserves the right to change or discontinue any delivery option at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

In the event of an order for which you have paid Same-Day Delivery fees is not delivered on the same day (or the next day in case of orders made on a holiday) your only remedy will be a refund of the Same-Day fees paid for the order. alshuga will not be liable for any other loss or damage, including without limitation any consequential loss or damage (for example, should you purchase the products at a higher price from another retailer) arising out of or in connection with the fact that a Same-Day delivery was not delivered or was not delivered on time. This limitation of liability applies in addition to any provision set out in any terms and conditions on alshuga KSA’s website.

The shipping method time starts when the item ships. Your order will be delivered within 1-8 business days.
